What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapists work using food, supplements and lifestyle changes to support clients. Nutritional Therapists support healing and health through identifying individual nutrient requirements due to additional needs, reduced absorption, or medication use.
-
What conditions can you treat?
I see patients with digestive issues such as reflux, silent reflux, GORD, heartburn, and IBS; I see patients with hormone imbalances, where we draw on naturopathic remedies and herbs as well as nutrition, and I see patients needing support for thyroid hormone conditions. Often digestion and stress are at the basis of hormonal imbalances, and we look at how they all impact each other. If you’re not sure if nutritional therapy could help you please get in touch.

What is a 'Naturopathic Approach'?
I work with the principles of naturopathic care: First Do No Harm, Utilise the Healing Power of Nature, Identify and Address the Causes, Treat the Whole Person, Prevention is Better Than Cure, and Share Knowledge With Others…
.... and I do it with food!
Basically, your body knows how to heal itself, and will do so provided you nourish it with what it needs.

Do I need to commit to a full 12 month package?
No. It is fine to just book appointments as and when you need them, although I would recommend you do book at least 2 appointments with at most 6 months between them. This is so we can review how you got on since the first appointment, and discuss use of supplements in the long term.
-
Can I book a package and save money?
You can buy a ‘bundle’ of 2 or 3 appointments, pay upfront, and save 10%.
My ‘packages’ are for a series of appointments over 6 or 12 months, with weekly support via email. These are not necessary cheaper than booking individual pay-as-you-go appointments, but they do have added value of the weekly check-ins if you need this extra support.
